   As recorded on the Elgin Sexton's ledger:  Died Nov. 30, 1901, 9:00 pm at Augustana Hospital, Chicago.  Aged 58 years.  Cause of death listed as Carcinoma Superior Maxilla.  Undertaker retained, Bunker & Chambers.  Pronouncing Physician, Nelson M. Percy of Chicago.  Death Cert. #8515.
   Buried at Bluff City Cemetery in Elgin, Ill.
