Occupation, Farmer.  Died May 15, 1894, 5:00 pm at Clintonville, Ill's.  Aged 67/6/18.  Cause of death listed as Paralisis for 6 months with Asthma.  Undertaker retained, Wait & Burdick.  Physician, N. P. Collins.  Permit #5261.
