   Enlisted May 27, 1863.
   Home of record listed as Chicago.
   Commissioned June 3, 1863.
   On the resignation of Capt. Renwick in May of 1863 Capt. Andrew Wood takes command and the battery is renamed;

   Mustered Out July 18, 1865.
