   Mustered In Oct. 25, 1861 at Camp Lyon in Geneva, Ill's. as a Cpl.
   Listed home of record as Virgil, Ill's.
   Issued .69 US Altered Musket.
   Re-enlisted Jan. 8, 1864 as a Veteran and paid a $300 Veterans Bounty, then sent home on a 30 day Veterans Furlough.
   Mustered Out July 6, 1865 in Louisville, Ky. as a Sgt.
   Finial payout and discharge at Camp Douglas in Chicago July 12, 1865.
