   Mustered In Sept. 19, 1861 as a private.
   Home of record listed as Geneseo, Ill's.
   Promoted Regimental Command Sgt.
   Re-enlisted as a veteran and paid a $300 Veterans Bounty, then sent home on 30 days Veteran's Furlough.
   Mustered Out Oct. 31, 1865.
