Died Sept. 23, 1905, 9:45 pm at 2266 Jackson Blvd., Chicago.  Aged 56 years.  Cause of death listed as Carcinoma of Neck.  Undertakers retained, Wait & Ross - Postlewaid of Chicago.  Physician, George W. Post of Chicago.  Permit #10309.
