Occupation, Tinner.  Died Dec. 15, 1883, 3:30 am at 47 Chicago St.  Aged 38/5/5.  Cause of death listed as Acute Diarrhora 6 Days Collaps 6 hours.  Undertaker retained Palmer & Walter. Physician, C. E. Starrett.  Permit #3165.
