Lyman Webster
   Lyman Webster died this morning at 9 o'clock at Sherman hospital following a five weeks illness.
   He was born in Canada, June 25, 1840, and with the exception of a few years spent in California, has resided in Elgin for the past thirty-six years.  For some six years, he had spent the winters in Pasadena, Calif.  He was a member of the G.A.R.
   Surviving him are four daughters, Mrs. Olive Campbell, Mrs. Lyda Gougl, and Mrs. Florence Theil of Elgin, and Mrs. Emma Brown of Pasadena, two stepdaughters, Mrs. Jennie Dickerson of Pasadena and Mrs. Etta Ellsworth of Bloomington, Ill, fifteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one brother, who resides in Iowa.
   Funeral services will be conducted Monday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from the Wait-Ross-Allanson funeral church.  Burial at Bluff City cemetery.
